From the moment your order is placed to the moment it reaches you, we ensure a thoughtful and seamless experience.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below.


Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
The final amount will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.


United Arab Emirates

All UAE orders are delivered via Shipa.

  • Complimentary delivery on orders above AED 1,500
  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days once dispatched
  • Same-day delivery may be available in Dubai for selected pieces

GCC Delivery

All GCC orders are shipped via FedEx.

  • Complimentary delivery on orders above AED 2,500

International Delivery

All international orders are shipped via DHL.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination.


Processing Time

As many of our pieces are made to order, please allow:

  • 10–14 working days for preparation and dispatch

During peak periods, launches, or special releases, timelines may extend to 3–4 weeks.


Order & Delivery Notes

Address Changes
Delivery details can be updated anytime before your order has been dispatched.

Unavailable Items
If a piece requires additional production time, your order will be prepared accordingly.
All items in your order will be reserved while we complete your piece.

Delivery Delays
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.


Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to follow your shipment in real time.


Important Information

P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Box or military addresses.

Duties & Taxes
VAT is calculated at checkout where applicable.
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us immediately.

If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we will work closely with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund once the investigation is complete.


Cancellations

As most Liberté pieces are made to order, cancellations are not accepted once the order has been confirmed and production has begun.


Returns & Exchanges

Each Liberté piece is created specifically for you.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

However, we understand that small adjustments may sometimes be needed.

Alterations
We are happy to assist with minor modifications that do not affect the original design, such as:

  • adjusting necklace length
  • slight sizing adjustments
  • small additions where possible

Remakes
If you wish to redesign or remake your piece, this can be arranged.
Additional production costs will apply.


Insurance

All shipments are insured for loss or damage according to the courier’s coverage.

In the rare case of an issue, we will guide you through the process and ensure it is resolved with care.
