Each Liberté piece is made to order, created especially for you. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

However, we understand that small adjustments may sometimes be needed.

Alterations
We are happy to assist with minor modifications that do not affect the original design, such as adjusting necklace length, slight sizing adjustments, or small additions where possible.

Remakes
If you wish to redesign or remake your piece, this can be arranged. Additional production costs will apply.

Damaged on arrival
If your piece arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us immediately so we can resolve it with the courier.
