We accept returns within 3 days of delivery within the UAE and 7 days for international orders. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Final sale items are non-returnable.
During sale periods, refunds are not permitted — only exchanges are accepted.
