How long does production take?
Standard pieces typically take 7–10 working days for orders within the UAE, and 10–14 working days for orders outside the UAE.
Customised pieces may take longer depending on the size and changes requested. We’ll confirm your timeline before production begins.
During peak periods or special releases, it may take up to 3–4 weeks.
You’re always welcome to confirm timelines with us before placing your order.
Can I customise a piece?
Yes.
We offer full customisation — from sizing adjustments to reimagining a design into something more personal.
Natural vs. Lab-Grown Diamonds

Can I book a Private Viewing?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
